Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed with in 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days In transit for delivery.if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via mail or telephone.

Shipment confirming & order tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation message once your order has shipped you will be notify through our app.

Returns :

We believe that you would never want to return any of our products, however, in case you receive damaged products, you can return the product at are home.

A return request can only be filed after 24 hours of delivering the product. No return requests after 1 week of delivery will be accepted. The product is being returned should be in its original packaging with the price tag, bar code, labels, user manual, warranty card, etc properly tagged.

Place a return request via app or email us on [email protected] we will get back to you within 24 hours of your request.

We do not pick up products to be returned, you may arrange a courier on your own. In some cases we arrange pickup when customer is unable to arrange pickup on his own but customer raise a request for pickup via email [email protected]

The product needs to be packed in strong packaging to ensure that it reaches us safely & without any damages.

The return product will be verified by the art home team to determine the return request is genuine or not. Refunds will not be initiated for products that reaches us in damaged condition.

We shall charge 20% of product cost if its damaged or any part of the product is missing.

Refund will be initiated within 2-3 working days of receiving the product and completion of verification.


We at art home put our heart and soul into each delivery thereby ensuring that our products reach you safely. However, in case you receive any defective or damaged products,you may file an exchange request via email to [email protected] or by our registered app.

Exchange request can be made after 24 hours of placing order. Art home will not accept any request made after this period.

If we are convinced about your reasons for exchanging, then art home team will schedule pick up the product from your location . in rare cases, you may have to arrange a courier services by your own. The product should be in unused form.

The product being exchanged should be in its original packaging with the price tag , barcodes, labels, usual manuals, warranty card, etc. Will be intact.

Once the product received by us, your complaint will be verified by our team. Upon verification, the exchange will be initiated with in 24 hours.
